While we can occasionally accommodate walk-ins, appointments are normally required for treatments. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, if our regular hours don't work for you feel free to ask about other arrangements. To make an appointment call us at 206.780.0200. If we are with a client and thus not available to take your call, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
For your first appointment you should plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time to complete a bit of required paperwork. You can also download the forms from our Web site, fill them out, and bring them with you to your first appointment. The new client forms are available

As the old saying goes, we made an arrangement with our bank: They agreed not to offer affordable, clinical, skincare...and we agreed not to make loans!
Payment for treatments is due upon completion of the treatment. Payment for products is due upon purchase of the product. Except as noted below, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or personal checks.
Due to steadily escalating credit card fees, and in order to help us keep our prices as low as possible, we do not accept payment by credit card for treatments or products that are on special or otherwise discounted. The one exception to this policy is when you are pre-paying for an entire series of treatments or a treatment program.
Stuff happens. Sometimes you just can't make a scheduled appointment. We totally understand that life can be complicated!
However, when you make an appointment for a treatment we set aside the time just for you. As we normally have a waiting list for appointments, missed appointments are not only unfair to our other clients but they represent lost income to athenique.
It is important to make sure that all available appointment times are filled in order to help us meet our mission of providing you with affordable clinical skincare. Thus, we must ask for at least 24-hours advanced notice if you wish to cancel an appointment.
If you fail to provide the required 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the full-price of the missed appointment and we may require a credit card to hold future appointments.
Products cannot be returned. However, we are always happy to provide samples so that you can try our great products before purchasing!
